It tells the story of an enthralling pursuit mission full of danger: The CIA send Bijou and two senior police officers, Clear Eyes and Lovely Landel to escort the felon Dong Yang back to America. But in their mission, a bunch of mountain kings sent minions plotting to take hold of the defense computer disk that was being held by Dong Yang. They take action and ambush him in the chaos, and Dong Yang got murdered while the disk was stolen by the gang. Everyone then crossed oceans and borders chasing after the gang with military assistance.
